I praise you, Lord, for being so patient
With me and my lack of faith
I thank you, Lord, for not giving up
Though I fall and lose my way

Please strengthen me to overcome
The many negative doubts
And the internal struggles that I face,
As I turn to you for help

And in that moment when I come to you,
You show me that you care,
For you lift me up and hold me close
And wipe away my tears

I thank you, Lord, that you understand
The conflict in my soul,
For though I fall, I will lift my eyes
To Christ who makes me whole.
