I do not call you servants any longer, for the
servant does not know what his master is
doing; but I have called you [My] friends,
because I have revealed to you everything
that I have heard from My Father.
Life has its share of problems
And life has many cares,
But I always thank the Lord,
I can go to Him in prayer
For if I couldn't go to Him
When I'm in desperate need
Who then is there to turn to
When my heart starts to bleed?
Friends can't always be there
In those lonely times
And family's understanding
Is so often hard to find
But now I've found in Jesus,
The best friend of them all,
For He is always with me
And is there when I call
And God will never judge me
Or tell me not to moan,
For He will always listen to
My deep and desperate groans
So, when problems assail me,
Arising from every side,
I remember who to go to,
My refuge in which I hide
For He is ready to help me
And lends a listening ear—
So I can then rest in His love,

know you as my best friend. I believe you died on the cross for my sins and that you rose again from the grave.
I give my life to you today and ask that you forgive me and cleanse me from all my sins. I receive you, Jesus,
into my heart to be my Lord & Saviour. Please fill me with your Holy Spirit so I can walk everyday with you.
