In Our Time Of Need, You Are There
Give ear to our cry, O Lord
And consider our meditation
We give heed unto the voice of you
As we cry out in desperation
For you are our ever-lasting God,
Ever present in time of need,
Always there with a listening ear,
Patiently hearing our pleas
And you are there to wipe our tears
As, to you, we pour out our souls
And you gently reassure our hearts
That you're able to make us whole
For you are great and to be praised
And show yourself more than enough,
For we could never find another
With your everlasting love.
